Return and Refund Policy

EU Right of Withdrawal

If you are located in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your order within 14 days of receiving the last item, without giving any reason.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us before the 14-day period expires. You can start a return or cancellation request through your customer account at https://account.s2fmerchandise.com.

Refunds

Once we receive your returned items, we will refund the full price of the products plus the standard outbound shipping cost within 14 days. We will use the same payment method you used for the original order.

Exemptions

The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

• Personalised or custom-made items
• Sealed goods that are not suitable for return due to health or hygiene reasons, once opened
